General Hatha Yoga

A relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class for all levels incorporating relaxation, flowing vinyasa (usually surya namaskar, sun salutation), standing, seated, inverted and twisting asanas. While a moderate level of fitness is helpful in these classes, postures can always be adapted to suit the way you feel on the day.
