Beginners and Ongoing Yoga
Whether you’ve been out of practice for a while or are trying yoga for the first time these classes are the perfect way to gain mastery of the basics. Postures are held and examined, alignment of the body is closely observed and techniques of breathing and moving mindfully are practiced in a supportive environment. Experienced students are always welcome to revisit the beginners and ongoing yoga classes.
