Counselling
In a Counselling session you are free to discuss anything at all in a confidential setting. Your therapist may ask questions which help you to see and understand situations in a new light. If it is appropriate you may have an empowering experience using flower essences, creative visualisation or meditation techniques.You have your choice of a male or female therapist. If you are a couple we can offer you counselling together or individually. Sometimes parents and teens find benefits in communicating their feelings with the guidance of an experienced facilitator. Any conflicts, challenges or chasms in relationships can potentially be healed. Where the involved parties choose separation, issues can be handled maturely in order to develop wisdom and more rapidly heal the pain involved.
